BO HOLLAND - Owner & President
Bo Holland was a Co-Founder of Acadian Builders in 1997. Bo went to work with Rimrock Construction in 2005 and was employed as a Senior Project Manager. As Senior Project Manager, Bo was in charge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, billing and managing numerous construction jobs which included thousands of multi-tenant units (multi-family, hotel, restaurant, commercial office etc…) with costs exceeding $100 million dollars. Bo joined Acadian Builders again as owner and President in 2012 and has added numerous General Contracting Jobs to their portfolio of experience. ANDY MAPP - Owner & General Contracting Field Operations Manager Andy Mapp joined Acadian Builders as owner and director of field operations in 2012. Prior to joining the Acadian Team, Andy worked for Centex Homes in Southern California from 1998. At Centex, Andy was instrumental in the development of neighborhoods and managed the construction of 1,500 homes. In 2006 Andy owned and operated a custom home company, specializing in design and muti-million dollar homes. Andy took a field operations roll with Rimrock construction in 2008. At Rimrock, Andy's focus was on the management and construction of hotels, multifamily, and restaurant buildings. Andy has managed projects in Idaho, Colorado and California. SCOTT BRADFORD - Owner & Framing Field Operations Manager Scott Bradford, also a founder of Acadian Builders, has been leading the framing division since its inception in 1997. Scott has lead successful projects in Utah, California, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado and South Dakota and has framed projects ranging from premium homes to hotels, retail and office space. Scott has consistently and professionally been able to manage framing crews as large as 100+ while maintaining timelines and dates. Since 1997, Acadian has framed several multi -million dollar projects and thousands of individual units. LANE WILKES - CFO & Office Manager Lane Wilkes has helped manage all Acadian corporate finances since joining in 2014 which included taking charge of AP, AR, draws, payroll, month and yearend reporting, cash flow and expenses. Lane has managed accounting on projects exceeding $100 million annually and has done so while monitoring and tracking profitability for clients. Prior to joining Acadian, Lane was the Controller at Rimrock Construction and managed a staff of accountants while working on custom residential homes, convenience stores, multi-family, assisted living, hospitality, commercial, and medical facilities. |
